Another weekend down....trained chest yesterday. It is back day today. Backing down to one session of cardio for a bit. I will just hit it hard the cardio for a hard session in the morning before breakfast. I used the eliptical and the bike yesterday, I will use the stairs this am.
up this am @ 830am: Cardio for 45 minutes on stairs
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1 cup Quaker Oats, 1/2 banana, 1 splenda, one cup black coffee
meal two: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) baked, 12 oz baked sweet potato
meal three: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 10oz baked red potato
meal four: 12 oz ETG ground turkey, 1 cup of white basmati rice, 1 teaspoon mild salsa
meal five: 10oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon on foreman, steamed veggies
