After some much needed time off and a heavy travel schedule, Jay has returned to his consistent heavy training. He is splitting time between L.A. and Las Vegas as he prepares to win his 5th Mr. Olympia title. "I feel better than ever and primed to train as hard as ever" says Jay. "I want to thank all the fans who repeatedly turn out for my appearances and want to encourage fans to attend my upcoming appearances" added Jay. We definitely look forward to another successful title defense!

Thank you to all the fans that showed up for the Arnold Classic and waited in long lines to see Jay over the weekend! "I am always amazed at the turnout and support from my Fans.
