Yesterday was a true rest day and day off from training. I did a double cardio session, but other than that...I slept a lot and ate my meals. Today, I have a split session of leg training and maybe a session of therapy with Jason tonight. I feel good after the rest yesterday. I really needed that.  (sorry about the missed blue prints Embarassed)

 

**** My official after party following the Mr. Olympia finals on Saturday night has been relocated to Surrender Nightclub @ Encore....a beautiful place. I hope that all my fans can come out and celebrate...get there early!!

 

Up @ 9am: cardio, stairs, 30 minutes on empty, and with Hydroxcut Hardcore Pro Series!!

Depending on my split session and possible therapy...second session of cardio will be pending.

 

Diet:

meal one: 2 cups eggs whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cup cream of rice, 1 splenda, no coffee

meal two and three: fish, fish, fish...12 oz of Eat to Grow tilapia baked in oven (www.eattogrow.com, ETG)

meal four: 10oz of ETG ground turkey, 1/2 cup white basmati rice from rice cooker

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman grille, 6 oz of sweet potato

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, steamed brocoli, asparagus

meal seven: Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series strawberry

 

Pre workout:

Muscletechs Nanovapor

Post workout

AminoFX Hardcore

Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series vanilla

Training:

hamstrings: afternoon session

lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.

training equipment: Schiek (www.schiek.com) basic padded lifting straps, weight belt, knee wraps

quads: evening session

leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,

inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
