Happy Labor Day to everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying their day off and having cookouts. Here at Camp Cutler...there are no days off and no cookouts. The countdown is on! Overcast, humid, and a little rainy in Vegas today. A nice switch from the intense sun that we have been experiencing. Photo shoots with MD are now completed. I am getting ready to ship my Cutler Athletics tshirts over to India for the Sheru Classic on September 25 and my tour of India. I am really looking forward to the trip and meeting all my fans of India.
Up this am @ 930. NO cardio this am. I am training back later today and I will probably do some cardio post training.
Today is going to be a higher carb day. My carbs have been relatively low over the past weeks.
Diet:
meal one: 1 cup egg whites, 6 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/2 avocado, 1 cup quaker oats
meal two: 10 oz ETG chicken breast on foreman grille, 1 cup white basmati rice
meal three: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 12 oz baked sweet potato, broccoli
meal four: 8 oz ETG bison burger, 1 cup white basmati rice
meal five: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 12 oz red potato slices on foreman grille
meal six: 10 oz ETG filet mignon, 1/2 cup white rice
