***As the old saying goes..."the show must go on"....  We are still so sad about Trace, but I need to refocus now and get through these next two weeks with the same intensity in training and dieting that I have since June. I am going to dedicate this win, #5 , to him. It is hard to detach yourself from the loss and to keep the focus, but this is what I have needed to do for most of my career, just not under these circumstances. Time to kill it!!

 

***I trained hamstrings yesterday, photo shoot with Per Bernal for MD last evening, and a very late night training session for chest. I have one more shoot with Per later today.

 

Cardio: up at 10am, cardio stationary bike, light and easy cardio before breakfast

 

Diet:

*** its my last couple weeks of fish...thank God!! Thank to Eat to Grow, who has given me the support with the tilapia, filet, salmon, and ground turkey. Best customer service, door to door service, and quality that I have ever experienced. I just wish that I enjoyed eat the fish, lol!! (www.eattogrow.com, ETG)

 

 

meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 3 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon( www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup quaker oatmeal, 1 cup black coffee

meal two and three: 12 oz ETG tilapia baked , fresh lemon, 1/2 cup white basmati rice (no more salsa Frown)

meal four: 8 oz ETG Bison Burger, 1/2 cup rice

meal five: 12 0z ETG tilapia on foreman, 1/2 cup rice

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon on foreman grille, grilled asparagus
