Yesterday afternoon was probably the toughest day of our lives thus far... Trace, our oldest airedale, unexpectedly suffered a stroke and passed away. He was almost 10 years old. We got Trace when we lived in California. I had always wanted an airedale and I searched him out for a long time. He was the runt of the litter, which is ironic, because he became the biggest airedale that anyone has ever seen. I used to walk him everyday in California. Trace had the best personality and we are going to miss him everyday. I want to thank you all for the well wishes on FB!

 

cardio: NO cardio this morning: training hamstrings this am, then chest later today, and photo shoot with Per Bernal.

 

 

Diet:

meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 4 oz ground Eat to Grow turkey (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 cup cream of rice, 1 splenda, 1 cup black coffee

meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia broiled plain, 1 cup white basmati rice

meal three: 10 oz ETG chicken breast grilled on foreman, 8 oz sweet potato slice on foreman

meal four: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 8 oz red potato baked, mrs. dash tableblend

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 avocado

meal six: 10 oz ETG Filet Mignon, veggies

 

 

Training:

CHEST

incline hammer press

flat dumbbell fly

flat dumbbell press

pec dec

pull overs

4 sets each, 10-12 reps

Schiek equipment: leather  weight belt, basic padded lifting straps (can find at www.jaycutler.com in my store under accessories!)
