The photo shoot with SmartShake went great yesterday. It was a long day of shooting. After the shoot, I had my 2 hour session of therapy with Jason. Between the shoot and Jason....there was no physical way that I could train. I did my second session of cardio...stairs for 30, late last night. I am really lean now. I will keep up with the cardio and hopefully be able to eat my way into the show!!

Plans for today: traing quads and hamstrings AND photo shoot with Per Bernal for Muscular Development. I am shooting with Per for the next few days.
I continue to plan and scheme for my posing routine....choosing the perfect music combo and poses. I also continue to practice my madatory poses every night....gaining endurance is so important!
Cardio this am: bike and eliptical 30 minutes
Diet:
meal one: 8 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup cream rice, 1 splenda
meal two & three: 12oz ETG tilapia baked, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup white rice
meal four: 10 oz ETG chicken breast on foreman grille, 8 oz sweet potato baked (I pre made meals 2-4 due to my sched today)
meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG Filet mignon, broccoli
