Leg training day! I am going to try to do both hams and quads today. I have a 4 hour photo shoot with SmartShake (www.smartshake.com) today at Golds Gym. Adela will also be shooting with me. We are both in great shape, ready to shoot, and ready for the Olympia!!
Cardio:
Up at 830am: 1st cardio session before breakfast for 30 minutes on the stairs. Depending on the shoot today, I may do another session tonight.
Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series: first dose before cardio, and then throughout the day
Diet: ****starting to cut back on the condiments now...makes eating fish much more difficult!!
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cup cream of rice, 1 cup black coffee, 1 splenda
meal two: 10 oz Eat to Grow salmon on foreman (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 6 oz sweet potato
meal three: 10 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup white basmati rice
meal four: 10 oz ETG grilled chicken breast, 6 oz red potato slices on foreman
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia baked, 1/2 cup rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon on bbq, grilled veggies
meal seven: Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series strawberry, 2 scoops...middle of the night...got hungry!!
Pre workout:
NanoVapor (www.muscletech.com)
Post workout:
Nitrotech Hardcore strawberry/banana
.....all stored in my 3 compartment SmartShake Signature Series shakercup....I use the large compartment as my water bottle and store my pre and post in the other 2 compartments!!
Training:
hamstrings: afternoon session
lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.
quads: evening session
leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,
inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
Schiek knee wraps, leather Jay Cutler Schiek liftling belt, Schiek basic padded lifting straps
