I cannot believe that it the last day of August. This diet has flown by. I have been in such a tunnel during this entire diet....completely focused. I trained biceps and triceps late last night. Today is shoulders. I have a photo shoot with SmartShake tomorrow and then shooting with Per Bernal for MD over the weekend. It's coming down to the last few weeks of prep. I am going to give it my all as I have done for the last few months.
Up today at 930am
Cardio:
30 minutes, before before breakfast: stairs....sweat so much...Hydroxycut really helps to work up the sweat!!
*** depending on my weight and meals, I will probably do a second session of cardio this evening.
Diet:
meal one: 10 oz Eat to Grow chicken breast (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 teaspoon salsa
meal two and three: 12 oz ETG tilapia on bbq, 6 oz sweet potato baked, 1/2 teaspoon guys original bbq sauce (sugar/gluten free..www.guysbbq.com)
meal four: 8 oz ETG bison burger, 1/2 cup white rice basmati
meal five: 8 oz ETG salmon, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled asparagus with balsamic vinegar
meal seven: Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series
Pre workout:
AminoFx Hardcore
Neurocore (www.muscletech.com)
Post workout:
Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series vanilla
