Changing things up again...back to two sessions of cardio! The final last push. Tshirts  for India are now completed and the Olympia order will be done this week. Smartshake will be in town this week for photo shoots.   

 

Up at 9am: double cardio today

on empty 40 minutes on stairs/treadmill

second cardio tonight

*** couple more weeks left on Hydroxcut Hardcore!

 

Diet:

meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 3 oz Eat to Grow ground turkey  ( www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup quaker oatmeal, 1 cup black coffee

meal two and three: 12 oz ETG tilapia grilled on bbq, fresh lemon, 1/2 cup white basmati rice, 1/4 tsp salsa mild

meal four: 8 oz ETG Bison Burger, 1/2 cup rice

meal five: 12 0z ETG tilapia on foreman, 1/2 cup rice

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon on foreman grille, grilled asparagus

 

Pre workout:

Muscletech NanoVapor

Post workout:

Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series

 

Training:

CHEST

incline hammer press

flat dumbbell fly

flat dumbbell press

pec dec

pull overs

4 sets each, 10-12 reps

Schiek equipment: leather  weight belt, basic padded lifting straps (can find at www.jaycutler.com in my store under accessories!)

ABS:

rope crunches

leg raises

sit ups
