Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 3 oz Eat to Grow ground turkey ( www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup quaker oatmeal, 1 cup black coffee
meal two and three: 12 oz ETG tilapia grilled on bbq, fresh lemon, 1/2 cup white basmati rice, 1/4 tsp salsa mild
meal four: 8 oz ETG Bison Burger, 1/2 cup rice
meal five: 12 0z ETG tilapia on foreman, 1/2 cup rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon on foreman grille, grilled asparagus
