Its been a busy couple of days! Kerry went back home for a wedding and to visit family...only to get stuck there due to Hurricane Irene. 

 

Cardio: back up to twice daily

up at 9am stairs for 40 minutes

pull ups

pulldowns wide to the front

bent bar rows

T bar rows

1 arm dumbbell rows

seated cable row
