Hamstring training went great last night as did my 2 hour therapy with Jason. Quads tonightMD was there as well to film. My nutrition advisor, Hany Rambod, arrives this afternoon for an evening. He's here to get a visual on how things are progressing. I feel great, I feel I am looking right where I need to be. 3 weeks from today...I can't believe we are finally here again...thank you to all my fans who keep inspiring me to push forward.
Cardio:
Up at 930am: Cardio 30 minutes on empty on eliptical
Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro series prior to.
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup cream of rice, 1 splenda, 1 cup black coffee
meal two and three: 12 oz of Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/2 cup white basmati rice
meal four: 12 oz ETG chicken breast, 6 oz sweet potato baked
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon
quads:
leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,
inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
