Filming and training went great last night. Literally, trained til I threw up. I have therapy with Jason tonight...2 hours. I will train hamstrings today and then hit my quads tomorrow. I will be continuing to film segments with MD through this week. All looks good, getting leaner! I only wished that I enjoyed eating fish....
Cardio: 40 minutes this am on empty stomach, sweating it all out!! Stairs.

lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.
