Busy day ahead....Meeting with Muscletech @ Monte Carlo today for GNC, then Muscular Development is in town to do some filming tonight. In between all that...eat, eat, eat. I will be training delts tonight. Just ordered up all the new Cutler Athletics and Swollen Monkey (new colors) Tshirts for the Olympia and for the Sheru Classic with Shane at Stoked on Printing in Vegas. It is getting to be that busy time of year.

meal four: 10 oz ETG chicken breast on foreman grille, 8 oz sweet potato baked (I pre made meals 2-4 due to my sched today)
meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG Filet mignon, broccoli
