Busy day ahead....Meeting with Muscletech @ Monte Carlo today for GNC, then Muscular Development is in town to do some filming tonight. In between all that...eat, eat, eat. I will be training delts tonight. Just ordered up all the new Cutler Athletics and Swollen Monkey (new colors) Tshirts for the Olympia and for the Sheru Classic with Shane at Stoked on Printing in Vegas. It is getting to be that busy time of year. 

 

****** My Official Olympia After Party will once again be at Blush Nightclub @ Wynn Hotel on Saturday night, THEN Sunday @ Encore Beach Club!! Hope to see you all there once again. It was a great time last year!!

 

Cardio: Up this am at 9am: 30 minutes on stairs prior to breakfast

 

Diet: 

meal one: 8 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG),  1 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup cream rice, 1 splenda

meal two & three: 12oz ETG tilapia baked, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup white rice

meal four: 10 oz ETG chicken breast on foreman grille, 8 oz sweet potato baked (I pre made meals 2-4 due to my sched today)

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice

meal six: 12 oz ETG Filet mignon, broccoli 

 

DELTS

4 sets, 10-12 reps each

seated side laterals

dumbbell shoulder press

front barbell raises standing

Icarian side raise standing machine

rear delt fly machine

Reverse cable flyes

Traps: dumbbell shrug, upright raises barbell

basic padded lifiting straps, Jay Cutler signature leather weight belt
