Back training was great last night. I felt good, was strong. Hopefully my workouts will continue on this path. We don't have much time left now. Counting down the days. I will begin my photo shoots soon for my sponsors. I like doing them before the show. Life gets crazy again with my travel schedule after the show. I will be training chest today. Again, no cardio this am. I will be doing a session after my training. These last few weeks are a balancing act of training, cardio, and food. It only gets more stressful and challenging from here. I have been practicing my mandatory poses at night after training as well. Everyone can use practice. It is not so much practice, as it is endurance.
Up at 830am: NO cardio
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup black coffee
meal two and three: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) baked in oven with lemon, 1/2 cup white rice
meal four: 12 oz ETG chicken breast on foreman grille, 6 oz sweet potato
meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, broiled, 1/2 cup white rice, asparagus
meal six : 12 oz ETG filet mignon, veggies steamed
