It was great seeing all  the people that turned out in San Diego for the 619 Bash. Not to mention, I had some great therapy done by Derik Farnsworth...truly one of the great massage therapists. It was well worth the trip to San Diego. I was able to stay on my meal plans and return to Vegas. I did not do any cardio this morning. I will be training back tonight. Anxious to get into the gym and kill it tonight. We are getting so close now!

 

Up at 10am...slept in a little today. 

..still continue to use Hydroxcut Hardcore Proseries before breakfast and throughout day

 

Diet: 

meal one: 1 cup egg whites, 6 oz Eat to Grow chicken breast (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 2 packets grits

meal two and three: 12 oz ETG tilapia w fresh lemon, 1 cup white basmati rice

meal four: 12 oz ETG ground turkey, 3 oz pasta, 1/2 cup red sauce

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia baked, 1/2 cup white rice

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, veggies

 

Pre workout:

Muscletechs Neurocore

Post workout:

Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series

 

LATS:

4 set each:

pull ups

pulldowns wide to the front

bent bar rows

T bar rows

1 arm dumbbell rows

seated cable row
