Today is going to be on OFF day from training. I am heading off to the airport shortly to head to San Diego for the 619 Muscle Bash. Up early today and did my cardio on empty for 30 minutes on stairs. I am flying home this evening. Depending on how I feel and how my meal schedule goes today, I may do cardio tonight. Hope to see some of you in San Diego!
Up at 8am: cardio on empty for 30 minutes...hard, faster paced stairs!!
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1/3 avocado, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups black coffee
I packed up meals two and three for the road....both fish meals: 12 oz tilapia, 8oz sweet potato...passengers on Southwest will NOT appreciate me eating on the plane

I will probably eat meal four out in SD and eat five and six at home. It all depends on timing and how busy it is in SD. .....stay tuned for the report tomorrow am!!
