4 weeks from today...it's on!!
My 2 hour therapy session was torturous yet healing at the same time. I feel that this has been a big reason that I have been able to stay injury free through the years. Tomorrow is the 619 Muscle Bash in San Diego. It should be a great time. If my fans are in southern Cal...please come down to see me! There wil be many vendors and booths..plus you can't beat the weather in SD!! It will be a very quick trip for me. I am in such a groove here in Vegas, I almost hate to step away from that, even for the day, but my good friends Pete, Derik, and Kim will be there to help me out with food and lots of water!! Hope to see a lot of you there!!
Up @ 8am: again, NO cardio this morning. I am almost lost in the am without cardio!! I will do a session after quads today.
Diet:
meal one: 1 cup egg whites, 6 oz Eat to Grow chicken breast (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 avocado, 2 packets of grits
meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia baked with fresh lemon, 1 cup white basmati rice
meal three: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 1/2 cup white basmati rice, 1 teaspoon mild salsa
meal four: 12 oz of ETG ground turkey, 8 oz sweet potato baked, mix it all together, 1 teaspoon mild salsa
meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 1/2 cup white rice, 1/2 teaspoon guys bbq sauce (www.guysbbq.com)
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon (super lean!!), veggies: brocoli
***meal seven, if hungry, Muscletech Hardcore Pro Series, vanilla
Pre workout:
Muscletech's Neurocore ** brand new, and a great product!! (www.muscletech.com)
Post workout:
AminoFX Hardcore & Nitrotech Hardcore (need my aminos, glutamine, and protein!!)
quads:
leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,
inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
