Wednesday, August 18,2011 Hamstrings Only

I have a 2 hour therapy session with Jason tonight. I am anxious to get some work done to me. It really helps to keep my muscles healthy and keep me injury free. For that reason, I am going to split my leg session into two days again. I will do hamstrings today. I am also doing one session of cardio AFTER I train. 

 

Up at 930am: NO cardio..so strange to not be doing cardio

still taking my Hydroxycut Hardcore!

 

Diet: 

meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 4 oz ground Eat to Grow turkey (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 cup cream of rice, 1 splenda, 1 cup black coffee

meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia broiled plain, 1 cup white basmati rice

meal three: 10 oz ETG chicken breast grilled on foreman, 8 oz sweet potato slice on foreman

meal four: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 8 oz red potato baked, mrs. dash tableblend

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 avocado 

meal six: 10 oz ETG Filet Mignon, veggies

 

 

 

Training:

 

hamstrings: today: afternoon session

lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.

training equipment: Schiek (www.schiek.com) basic padded lifting straps, weight belt, knee wraps
