Today was a huge rest day....except for the 30 minutes of cardio this am and my shoulder workout this afternoon! I was able to catch up on some well needed rest. All the training and cardio takes a lot out of me, especially if my carbs are lower. I will be doing a lot of my photo shoots before the show this year. My travel schedule is busy right after the show, so I want to be sure to get pics while my conditioning is on.
Cardio:
30 minutes on stairs prior to breakfast
Diet:
meal one: 8 oz of Eat to Grow filet mignon ...special treat for breakfast!! (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 packets of grits, no coffee
meal two and three: 12 oz ETG tilapia broiled, with lemon, no seasonings, 8 oz of sweet potato baked
meal four: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 1/2 cup white basmati rice, 1 teaspoon mild salsa
meal five:12 oz ETG tilapia baked w mrs dash seasoning, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, veggies!
