Happy Monday morning! .....its time to burn down another week towards the Olympia, and the Sheru Classic! In these next few weeks, I will continue to tan, finish gathering music for my routine and also start practicing my posing routine, as well as my mandatory poses. It may look easy to be standing on stage and holding poses, but if the judges put you through many comparisons...it is very tiring. The only way to build up that type of endurance is to practice holding those poses!
Cardio:
one session: before breakfast w Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series
45 minutes: treadmill & eliptical today
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cup cream of rice, 1 cup black coffee
meal two and three: 12 oz Eat to Grow Tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), fresh lemon, 8 oz sweet potato baked
meal four: 8 oz ETG bison burger on grille, grilled asparagus w balsamic vinegar, 1 cup white basmati rice
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia on foreman grille, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, steamed veggies
