Its time to train lats tonight!! Another weekend down....closer to the O. I head to San Diego this coming weekend for the 619 Muscle event. It has always been a great time. 

 

Cardio: ONE session this am only. 45 minutes hard on the stairs.

A few more weeks of Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series! Its been keeping my metabolism cranking
