I am going to split my leg session into two days. I have a two hour long therapy session tonight, so I am doing hamstrings today and then quads tomorrow. Cardio is going to remain at one session per day. I feel good, definitely getting leaner as the days go on. I have my routine down now....but getting close!
Up this am at 9:
Cardio: 40 minutes treadmill/eliptical
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1 whole egg (a nice surprise!!), 1/4 cup cream of rice, 1 splenda, 1 cup black coffe
meal two: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/2 cup white basmati rice
meal three: 12 oz ETG baked in oven, lemon, 8 oz sweet potato baked
meal four: 8 oz ETG bison burger fried in pan with pam, mrs. dash tableblend, 1/2 cup white rice
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 8 oz sweet potato, 1 tsp mild salsa
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled veggies
*** I have been waking up and having a Nitrotech Hardcore shake
Pre workout:

Post workout:

Training:
hamstrings: today: afternoon session
lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.
quads: Friday session
leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,
inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
Schiek knee wraps, leather Jay Cutler Schiek liftling belt, Schiek basic padded lifting straps
