Late start to the day today.... AND it is Scrappy's 16th birthday today. We purchased Scrappy when he was one year old...he had been abused by his previous owner. Kerry wanted a puppy, but when I saw Scrappy in his cage, looking sad and helpless...I knew I had to take him home. Needless to say, we brought his home and he destroyed our apartment. It took him awhile to warm up to us and the other dogs. From then on....he followed me everywhere...to the gym, state to state, to shows. He is like the mascot of bodybuilding. We are so fortunate that he is doing ok and is here to celebrate his 16th. He has a sensitive stomach, so no cake or ice cream for him....just his favorite PartyAnimal canned natural dog food, a balloon, and a new bone 
Cardio: one session this am: 40 minutes: treadmill/stationary bike, prior to breakfast
Diet:
Sometimes it feels like groundhog day....meal after meal...no cheat meals, I don't believe in cheat meals or days when dieting. I will have all the time in the world after September!!
meal one: 1 cup egg whites, 4 oz Eat to Grow chicken breast grilled (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal, no coffee
meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia baked w lemon, 1 cup white basmati rice
meal three: 12 oz ETG ground turkey, 1 cup white rice, 1 teaspoon mild salsa
meal four: 12 oz ETG tilapia baked (stays moister baking it than when on foreman), 8 oz baked sweet potato
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, veggies
if I am still up and hungry.... one shake of Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series Vanilla
