Off day from training today. I really need it. I have been training super hard....making every workout count. The weeks are flying by. I am doing two session of cardio today. I have a 2 hour long therapy session with Jason. I am looking forward to the torture...my muscles need it.
Up at 830am, Stairs for 40 minutes, Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro series upon waking
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1/3 avocado, 2 packets grits, one splenda, one cup black coffee
meal two: 12 oz Eat to Grow (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) tilapia baked, 12 oz sweet potato baked
meal three: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 10 oz red potato slice on foreman, mrs. salt lemon pepper
meal four: 10 oz grilled ETG chicken breast, 1 cup white basmati rice, 1 teaspoon mild salsa
meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia baked, 8 oz sweet potato slices on foreman
meal six; 10 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled veggies
