Resting up this morning.....today is split session leg day!! Hams early this afternoon, quads tonite. Rest and eat in between. I have my 2 hour therapy session with Jason tomorrow afternoon. On the home front, little Fenway got his 2nd round of shots yesterday...vomitted all over Kerry on ride home, slept most the day, and woke up like a gremlin on speed...I think he is very sensitive to vaccinations! Scrappy has his sweet 16 birthday next week...he's been through it all with us!!
Cardio: Up at 9am: 40 minutes on stairs prior to breakfast
I will probably stick with just one session of cardio today d/t split training of legs
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg white, 1/4 avocado, 1.5 cups Quaker Oatmeal, one cup black coffee
meal two and three: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), broiled, lemon and mrs dash table blend, 1 cup white basmati rice
meal four: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 3 oz pasta, 1 teaspooon olive oil, basil
meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 12 oz sweet potato baked
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, veggies
....possibly meal seven: Nitrotech Hardcore Proseries vanilla
Training:
hamstrings: afternoon session
lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.
quads: evening session
leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,
inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
Schiek knee wraps, leather Jay Cutler Schiek liftling belt, Schiek basic padded lifting straps
