I have one more photo/video shoot today while I train back. I will probably train midday today. All the craziness from the weekend will be dying down in the gyms, but that won't last long.... the O is right around the corner. My Olympia nutritional advisor, Hany Rambod, was in town over the weekend. We are both happy with my progress thus far. Just have to continue to hit the cardio and fish hard! I am ready for the upcoming weeks....let's do this!!

 

Cardio:

Up at 830am.....Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series on empty stomach, cardio for 40 minutes, 20 on stairs, 20 treadmill

 

Diet:

meal one: 1 cup egg whites, 6oz Eat to Grow Bison Patty fried in pan (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 cup cream of rice, one splenda, one cup black coffee

meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 1 cup white basmati rice out of the rice cooker, 1 teaspoon mustard

meal three: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 1 cup white rice, mix it together with 1 teaspoon mild salsa

meal four: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 12 oz baked sweet potato, mrs. dash table blend

 

Pre workout:

Post workout:

AminoFX Hardcore

Nitrotech Hardcore Proseries (www.muscletech.com)

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 10 oz sweet potato slices

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon (by far, my favorite meal of the day...best filet ever!!), steamed veggies

pull ups

pulldowns wide to the front

bent bar rows

T bar rows

1 arm dumbbell rows

seated cable row
