August 1, 2011 chest, abs

The USA weekend is a crazy weekend for me. On top of training and dieting...all my sponsors are in town, so there are a lot of commitments, such as video shoots and photo shoots. I shot with Muscletech and Muscular Development. It was busy, but all good. I still was able to continue on my schedule through it all....except that I was not able keep up on the blueprints....sorry, but I am back!!

 

Diet: Up at 8am 45 min cardio, 30 stairs, 15 bike, prior to breakfast

 

Diet:

meal one: 2 cups egg whitesl, 1/4 avocado, 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cup black coffee

meal two: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG)on foreman, 1 cup rice, 1 tsp mild salso

meal three: 12 oz ground ETG turkey. 12 oz sweet potato baked

meal four: 10 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 1 cup white basmati rice

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia broiled, 1/2 cup white ric

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled veggies

 

Training:

CHEST

incline hammer press

flat dumbbell fly

flat dumbbell press

pec dec

pull overs

4 sets each, 10-12 reps

Schiek equipment: leather  weight belt, basic padded lifting straps (can find at www.jaycutler.com in my store under accessories!)

ABS:

rope crunches

leg raises

sit ups
