The rumblings from prejudging were good from last night at the USAs. Should be a great finals show tonight! I worked out yesterday. I was going to do a split session of hams and quads...I trained hams in the afternoon and I am going to train quads today. Golds Gym has been busy and crowded with the show in town, especially Golds on Flamingo/Sandhill....closest to the Strip. 

 

Up at 8am: cardio on empty 45 minutes, Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series prior to cardio

 

Diet:

meal one: 6 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup egg whites, 1.5 cups of Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal

meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia grilled on foreman with mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning, 1 cup of white basmati 

meal three: 10 oz of ETG grilled chicken breast on foreman grille, 10 oz sweet potato, 1 teaspoon salsa

meal four: 12 oz of ETG broiled tilapia w fresh lemon, 1 cup white basmati rice

 

Pre workout: 

Muscletechs NanoVapor Hardcore (www.muscletech.com)

Post workout

Muscletech Nitro AminoFX Pro series & Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series

 

meal five: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman grille, 1/2 cup white rice

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled veggies

 

Training:

hamstrings: Yesterday

lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.

training equipment: Schiek (www.schiek.com) basic padded lifting straps, weight belt, knee wraps

quads: Today

leg extensions, warm up 2 sets,

inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.
