My arm training last night was intense. We did film, so by early next week there will be a video up on jaycutler.com. Just about 7 weeks and counting now. The transformation is on track. Continuing to diet hard, alternating my carbs, keeping the protein high, lots of water, Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series through the day, tanning, and cardio....not to mention keeping up with blueprints and fb...not much time left for anything else!! BUT I am not complaining, I truly have the best job ever!! Thank you for all the support!
Cardio: Up at 9am, slept in, late night training w cardio.... stairs for 45
minutes...I swear I lose 3 lbs in sweat each morning!
Diet:
meal one:2 cups egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, no fruit, one cup black coffee
meal two: 10 oz Eat to Grow Tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) broiled w lemon, one cup white basmati rice from cooker
meal three: 12 oz ETG grilled chicken breast, 1 teaspoon original bbq sauce (guybbq.com, sugar/gluten free!), 1 cup basmati rice
meal four: 10 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, lemon pepper seasoning, 8 oz sweet potato baked
