Tackled a late night training session with my Olympia nutritional advisor, Hany Rambod, last night. Great back workout! Everything seems to be progressing as we have hoped! We are inching closer to the USA BB show this weekend at UNLV. Most of the athletes will be rolling into town today. The Las Vegas gyms will be swarmed with new IFBB Pro potentials!! The show is held at the Artemus Hall at UNLV, always standing room only at this Jon Lindsay show!

Pre workout:
Muscletechs NanoVapor (www.muscletech.com)
Post workout
Muscletechs AminoFX mix (aminos/glutamine for muscle repair) & Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series, chocolate
meal five: 10 oz of ETG tilapia broiled with lemon, 1/2 cup white rice

If you havent tried ETGs filet...it is the leanest filet that we have ever used. Kerry used to have to cut all the fat off store bought meat, but now nothing has to be cut off! No hormones, no preservatives...they come individually shrink wrapped which is great for dosing and defrosting...www.eattogrow.com.
