It is an exciting week for the bodybuilding community.... the USAs are at UNLV in Las Vegas at the end of the week! Good Luck to all the friends, families, and most importantly the competitors!! Chest is on schedule for today with 2 sessions of cardio. I will probably try to get a therapy session in with Dr. Mike. I see Jason for my 2 hour therapy midweek. We finally got our shipment of swollen monkey tshirts...sizes small through 3xl, as well as sleeveless sizes small through 3xl....check them out!!

Diet:
meal one: one cup egg whites, 6 oz Eat to Grow Bison burger, mix it all together (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1.5 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, one cup black coffee
meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman grille, fresh lemon squeezed over it, 10 oz sweet potato baked
meal three: 12 oz ETG grilled chicken breast, 1.5 cups white basmati rice, 1 teaspoon salsa mild
meal four: 10 oz ETG tilapia broiled, lemon, mrs. dash original seasonins, 1 cup white rice
