After my continuos days of training and 2 hour therapy session last night....I am ready for today...OFF from training, yet NEVER off from cardio. I will do both cardio sessions today. I need the rest from the weights. Workouts have been intense.
Cardio:
up at 830am, one hour of cardio: 30 on stairs, 30 eliptical
2nd session: 30 minutes stairs, evening time
supps: Hydroxcut Hardcore Pro series throughout the day
Diet:
meal one: one cup egg whites, 6 oz of Eat to Grow Bison patty (8oz patty=48 grams protein, 98%lean) (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 cup dry cream of rice, one splenda, one cup black coffee
meal two: 10 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, lemon pepper seasoning (100% organic tilapia), 1.5 cups white basmati rice
meal three: 10 oz ETG ground turkey fried in pan with Mrs. Dash seasoning, 8 oz sweet potato baked (mix it all together!)
meal four: 10 oz ETG tilapia foreman, 1 cup white rice, lemon
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia broiled, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled asparagus and broccoli
