Diet and cardio are being turned up a notch...cardio increases now to 60 minutes in the morning before breakfast and now increasing my fish meals to three times per day... I will live and breathe tilapia for the remaining weeks!! We actually have a foreman grille and table outside to cook all this fish. We have made the mistake of cooking indoor in previous years and it took forever to get the smell out of the house and the dogs as well!
Up this am at 8....one hour of cardio, eliptical and treadmill, before breakfast
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, one cup Quaker oatmeal, 4 oz Eat to Grow ground turkey fried in pan with PAM and mrs. dash spices, one cup black coffee
meal two: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) grilled on foreman grille w lemon, 1 cup white basmati rice from rice cooker
meal three: 10 oz ETG chicken breast grilled on bbq, one teaspoon mild salsa, one cup rice
meal four: 10 oz ETG tilapia on foreman (fastest way to cook fish is on foreman grille), 10 oz sweet potato
Pre workout: Muscletechs Neurocore (www.muscletech.com)
Post workout: AminoFX (aminos/glutamine mix for muscle repair), Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series
meal five: 10 oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup rice, steamed broccoli
meal six: 12 oz of ETG filet mignon, steamed veggies ( looked forward to the red meat meal all day!!)
