The humidity in Vegas has finally gone away and I have been able to lay out in the sun for 30-40 minutes per day. I am starting to tan at the salon as well. Trying to get a good base tan for the show. Eventhough, I naturally tan all the way up to the show, I use a spray tan application daily the week of the show. I trained shoulders last night and today is back. I have my 2 hour session of therapy with Jason tonight as well.
Up today at 8am, cardio before breakfast, 40 minutes split between eliptical and stairs. I can tell that I am getting more conditioned from the cardio...I may still sweat a lot, but the sessions are not as difficult as when I started.
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups of egg whites, 3 oz of Eat to Grow filet mignon on foreman grille (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 cup cream of rice, one cup coffee
meal two: 12 oz of ETG ground turkey, 10 0z of sweet potato bake...mix it all together
meal three: 10 oz ETG tilapia broiled w lemon, one cup white basmati rice...out of the rice cooker, one teaspoon mild salsa
meal four: 10 oz ETG tilapia (no preservatives) on foreman grille, one cup white rice, mrs. dash original seasonings
pre workout: Muscletech new neurocore (www.muscletech.com)...best preworkout mix yet!!
post workout: Muscletech aminoFX, Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series: vanilla ...... all powders stored in my Smartshake shaker cup (www.smartshake.com)
meal five: 12 oz salmon sashimi, 1/2 cup rice, broccoli
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon (super super lean filet!!), steamed veggies
