Diet: 

meal one: 8 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon (leanest filet that I have ever eaten, pre packaged individually and shrink wrapped!)(www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1 cup egg whites, grits, 1/2 banana, 2 cups black coffee with one splenda

 

meal two: 12 oz ETG tilapia, lemon pepper salt free seasoning grilled on foreman, sweet potato slices foreman 10oz

meal three: 10 oz ETG chicken breast baked in oven, 10 oz red potato baked, one tablespoon mild salsa

meal four: 10 oz ETG ground turkey cooked with pam in fry pan, mrs dash original seasonings, one cup white basmati rice

 

pre workout: Muscletechs Neurocore (www.muscletech.com)

post workout: AminoFX

Daily: Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro series

 

meal five: 12 oz salmon sashimi, 1/2 cup white rice

meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, steamed broccoli, asparagus

 

 

TRAINING:

Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Calfs:


biceps: 4 sets, 10-12 reps

preacher curls

one arm dumbbell hammer curls

2 arm overhead cable

isolation curls

barbell curls

one arm concentration curl dumbbell

triceps: 4 sets, 10-12 reps

rope pressdown

wide grip pressdowns

close grip bench

bodyweight dips

overhead cambered bar extensions

abs: 4 sets each, 20 reps

crunches

leg raise

sit ups

calfs: seated, 6 sets
