Jay's Stats

Tuesday, July 12, 2011 Chest

A well needed rest day yesterday. Feel rested and ready to get back into the gym today. Chest day. Therapy is on the schedule today with Dr. Mike as well. I see two different therapists in town...Dr.Mike at AMT, he uses many different types of modalities and can also adjust my crooked spine and off set hips as well in the process. I also see Jason, who is my deep tissue therapist...Jason's session are 2 hours long and I only see him once a week. His sessions are brutal, but such an important part of my muscle recovery and pliability.

Up at 8am: cardio on empty, stairs, my best buddy Scrappy watched me doing stairs this am...he was probably worried I might pass out...my garage is so hot right now, its like a sauna. 40 minutes.
