No training today, off day...rough few days of training...just hard workout sessions. I am hitting the cardio twice today, 30 minutes intense sessions each.

Diet:
meal one: 8 oz Eat to Grow bison burger (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), fried in pan with Mrs.Dash original spices, 1.5 cup of Quaker old fashioned oatmeal, one cup black coffee
meal two: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 3 oz pasta, 1/4 cup red sauce
meal three: 10 oz ETG tilapia grilled on bbq, asparagus marinated in balsamic vinegar and grilled on bbq, one cup white basmati rice
meal four: 10 oz ETG chicken breast grilled on bbq, 10 oz sweet potato baked, one teaspoon salsa mild
meal five: 12 oz of salmon sashimi, 1/2 cup rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, veggies steamed
