Slow to get out of bed this morning!! Leg day destroyed me. Great training session. There is nothing I like better than killing my legs. Going to get some therapy done today and scheduled to hit some chest later. Legs are sore already.

 

Up at 9am, cardio before breakfast on empty stomach, stairs for 10, eliptical for 30....sore legs!!

 

Meals: 

 

meal one: 12oz of Eat to Grow filet mignon (the only filet that doesnt shrink when you cook it!!, www.eattogrow.com, ETG), one cup Quaker old fashioned oats, 1/2 banana, one cup black coffee

meal two: 10 oz ETG tilapia, lemon/pepper seasoning, broiled, 1 1/2 cups white basmati rice, brocoli

meal three: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 3 oz pasta, 1/2 cup red sauce

meal four: 10 oz ETG chicken breast grilled on foreman, 10 oz sweet potato sliced and cooked on foreman

 

pre workout: Muscletech's new Neurocore (www.muscletech.com)...one of my fav products now!

post workout: Muscletech's AminoFX..for muscle repair.....I use my SmartShake shaker cup (www.smartshake.com)to keep all my products for my workouts!

 

meal five: 10oz of salmon sashimi, 1/2 cup white rice, asparagus

meal six: 10 oz ETG filet mignon, steamed veggies

 

Training: CHEST

 

incline hammer press

flat dumbbell fly

flat dumbbell press

pec dec

pull overs

4 sets each, 10-12 reps
