I am going to take an "off" training day today. I have been training so hard. I seem to be sore all over. Sometimes, you just have to listen to your body. Eventhough it may be an off day from training, there is no such off day from cardio!!
Up at 830am, slept in a little. Cardio on empty 45 minutes. 30 on stairs, 15 eliptical
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, one whole egg, 1/4 cup (dry) cream of rice, one cup coffee black
meal two: 12 oz of Eat to Grow (www.eattogrow.com,ETG) chicken breast baked, 10 oz sweet potato baked
meal three: 10 oz ETG tilapia broiled w lemon, one cup white basmati rice, one teaspoon salsa
meal four: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, one cup white basmati rice, one tablespoon guysbbq orginal bbq sauce(www.guysbbq.com, sugar/gluten free)
meal five: 10oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice
meal six: 12 oz of ETG filet mignon, grilled veggies
**I still continue to take my Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro series throughout the day, even on my off training days!!
