Friday, July 1, 2011 Delts

My leg workout yesterday was hardcore! When you get to my level of competition and are still training as hard til you make yourself sick...got to love it! I should be pretty sore today. We are heading into the July 4th weekend...hope everyone has a happy and safe long weekend. I will not be at any BBQs, but I might watch a few fireworks here in Las Vegas! Today, I am going to train shoulders. I will also be stopping by to see Dr. Mike and his staff to get some muscle work done. I am also starting to tan, to get ready for the show. I wish I could just lay out in the sun here, but it gets way too hot...105-113!

Up at 730am, cardio before breakfast, empty stomach: 30 eliptical, 10 stationary bike

meal 1: one cup egg whites, 6 oz of Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) (no hormones, preservatives, and super lean filet!!), 3 packets of grits, no fruit, one cup black coffee

meal 2: 10 oz of ETG tilalpia, broiled, (100% Organic Tilapia- fed only organic meal and raised only in clean, fresh water aquacultures), 1 cup basmati rice, lemon

meal 3: 10 oz of ETG chicken breast on grille, 12 oz sweet potato, one teaspoon guys original bbq sauce, sugar/gluten free (guysbbq.com)

meal 4: 10oz of ETG ground turkey, 2 tablespoons salsa mild, one cup white basmati rice...mix it all up!

Pre train:

Muscletech's Neurocore (www.muscletech.com)

Post training:

Nitro AminoFX, Mesotech Complete...chocolate

Meal 5: 10 oz of ETG tilapia on foreman grille, lemon, 1/2 cup rice

Meal 6: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, grilled veggies (no oils)

*** I am still continuing with Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro series throughout the day....gotta keep that metabolism rolling!!

***My protein meat source has been coming from a company called Eat to Grow. I started using their products as I trained and dieted to regain my Olympia crown. I am going to provided you, throughout the weeks, with some interesting facts about their meats, which is is why I still continue to use their meats, and also continue to gain muscle and make improvements....on my way to #5!!

Eat To Grow skinless chicken breast vs store bought chicken:

STORE CHICKEN---- even skinless all natural store bought chicken is pumped with up to 18% sodium solution.

This does 3 things:

* adds to the weight of the chicken, which is sold by weight...
* adds unwanted sodium and flavor enhancers to the chicken...Eat to Grow feels like the athlete should
control the amount of sodium desired!!
*makes an inferior product taste better

EAT TO GROW chicken ......      is all natural, hormone free, antibiotic free, not pumped with added water or flavor fillers, no added sodium.
Their chicken lasts longer in the fridge, and ironically, their chicken is not laden with preservatives, yet it
several days after being cooked in the fridge and still tastes amazing after re-heating...!!! (www.eattogrow.com)
