We have 2 new videos up on the home page of our site!! Hope you check them out. We will continue to update the videos throughout my prep for the Mr. Olympia. For my fans in India....tickets for the Sheru Classic in Mumbai, India on Sept 24 & 25 can be purchased online at www.bookmyshow.com...this is a very exciting opportunity for myself and my fellow competitors!!

 

Woke up earlier this am...cardio before breakfast.. 730am. 45 minutes stairs...love those stairs!!

 

Meals:

meal 1: 10oz of Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/2 cup (dry) cream of rice....no banana Cry

meal 2: 10oz of ETG ground turkey, 1 1/2 cups white basmati rice, guys original bbq sauce (gluten/sugar free..www.guybbq.com)

meal 3: 10 oz of ETG tilapia grilled on foreman, 1 cup white basmati rice, one teaspoon salsa

meal 4: 10 oz ETG grilled chicken breast, 10 oz sweet potato

Train

pre workout: Neurocore fruit punch flavor (www.muscletech.com)

post workout: Nitro AminoFX... *** very important in post training for muscle repair!!

                      Mesotech complete shake, chocolate

meal 5: 10 ETG tilapia broiled w lemon, 8 oz sweet potato

meal 6: 12 oz of ETG filet mignon, broccoli/asparagus

 

 

Training:

Arm Day: biceps, triceps, forearms

3 working sets, one warm up set 10-12 reps

biceps:

one arm alternating dumbbell curls

preacher curls

barbell curls

cable curls

triceps:

tricep pushdowns w rope

dips

one arm cable pushdowns

forearms:

barbell
