Thank you to all my fans that came out to the West Coast Classic in El Monte, CA. It was a great time, as always! My diet yesterday was basically grilled chicken breast and rice all day. I found a little place close to the hotel and did my best to stay on schedule. I will be training back later today. My goal during the day today, is to catch up on some sleep and get my meals in. I will hit the stairs after my training session today.
Back Training:
4 set each:
pull ups
pulldowns wide to the front
bent bar rows
T bar rows
1 arm dumbbell rows
seated cable row
Diet:
meal 1: egg whites, one cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries
meal 2: 10oz of sweet potato baked, 12 oz of Eat to Grow chicken breast (www.eattogrow.com, ETG)
meal 3: 1 cup white rice, 12 oz of ETG Tilapia, one teaspoon salsa
meal 4: 1 cup white rice, 10oz ETG chicken breast grilled plain
pre workout: Muscletechs Nanovapor
post workout: Muscletechs AminoFX, Nitrotech Hardcore Pro series
meal 5: 12 oz salmon,1 cup white rice
meal 6: 12 oz ETG filet mignon, brocoli
*** Looking forward to the week ahead..no traveling! Eat, sleep, train, and some deep tissue therapy....on my way to #5!!
