Last night was a killer late night session of legs. Who else can train at 1am with crazy intensity....soon to be 5x Mr. Olympia! 

I am going to see how today progresses. Due to the late night training session, I may take today off and do shoulders tomorrow. I am traveling to California for a guest posing @ the 2011 West Coast Classic. This an annual appearance for me there and it is always a great time with a good crowd. I hope to see a lot of you there. I don't travel far from home during my contest prep for guest posings, but this is close enough that it will not interupt my schedule by much.

 

Up at 830am this morning. I did 30 minutes on the eliptical before breakfast.

 

meal 1: 2 cups of egg whites, 1/2 avocado, one banana, 1/2 cup (weighed dry) of cream of rice, coffee

meal 2: 10 oz of Eat to Grow Tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) grilled on foreman, 2 cups of white basmati rice

meal 3: 10 oz of ETG chicken breast grilled, 12 oz of baked sweet potato

meal 4: 10 oz of ETG ground chicken, 11/2 cups of white rice, 1/2 cup red sauce...mix it all together Smile

meal 5: 10 oz of salmon sashimi, 1 cup white rice

meal 6: 12 oz of ETG filet mignon, broccoli 

** making small changes to my diet by adding a couple fish meals. Although I do not enjoy eating fish, it is the one food that helps to really lean me out. ......gotta do, what you gotta do...even if you don't like it!!!!
