I am trying my best to keep these logs on a daily basis.....but sometime, dieting, training, and life get in the way!! I trained chest yesterday, late night training session. Also started to do some new video clips for my fans...soon to come! I have continued to keep my water intake high and have just recently added in some salmon into my diet. Unfortunately, I dont like cooked salmon, so I am eating it raw

Cardio: 40 minutes elipitical before breakfast
Diet: ( the weights that I list are raw weights of the meat, not cooked weights)
meal 1: egg whites, 4 oz Eat to Grow (ETG, www.eattogrow.com) filet mignon, cream of ice 1/2 cup (dry), one banana
meal 2: 10 oz of ETG ground chicken, 4 oz of pasta, one teaspoon olive oil w dash basil
meal 3: 10oz of ETG chicken breast, 12 oz of baked sweet potato, teaspoon of salsa
meal 4: 10oz of ETG chicken breast, 2 cups white basmati rice, guys original flavor bbq sauce (sugar/gluten free, www.guysbbq.com)
TRAIN
pre workout: Muscletechs neurocore!!
post workout: Muscletechs Mesotech Complete
meal 5: 10 oz of raw salmon, 1 cup white rice, low sodium soy sauce
meal 6: 10 oz of ETG filet mignon, 1/2 cup egg whites
Training:
Arm Day: biceps, triceps, forearms
3 working sets, one warm up set 10-12 reps
biceps:
one arm alternating dumbbell curls
preacher curls
barbell curls
cable curls
triceps:
tricep pushdowns w rope
dips
one arm cable pushdowns
forearms:
barbell
**** My workouts have been really great throughout this diet. I am eager and excite for this years Mr. Olympia, as well as the Sheru Classice to follow the weekend after the O!!
