Happy Father's Day to all!
My diet continue to progress well. I have been getting all my meals in and the consistency has helped a lot. This is the most important part of my diet season....maintaining my meals and training regimen. I have been eating my meals about every 2.5 hours apart.
Current weight is 293.
Continuing with Hydroxcut Hardcore Pro-series throughout the day
Up at 8am: cardio for 40 minutes before breakfast eliptical/stationary bike
0900am Meal 1: 2 cups egg whites, one whole egg, 3 packets of grits, one banana, one cup black coffee
1130am Meal 2: 10oz of Eat to Grow chicken breast(www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 12 oz sweet potato...cut and cooked on foreman
0200pm Meal 3: 10oz of ETG ground turkey, 4 oz pasta, one teaspoon olive oil and dash basil
0430pm Meal 4: 10oz of ETG chicken breast, 11/2 cups white basmati rice, salsa

0700pm Meal 5: 10oz of ETG ground turkery, 10oz of sweet potato cooked in oven
0930pm Meal 6: 12 oz of ETG filet mignon, 1/2 cup egg whites
