The very hot weather here in Vegas has kicked in. It is like an oven....so is my garage where I do my cardio. To say I sweat a lot, is an understatement. I did 40 minutes on the stairs this am. Woke up really hungry, which is a great sign for my metabolism!! Although, I have been using Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series throughout the day. I think this has also kicked in!!I will be training arms later today.

meal 1: egg whites, grits, banana, coffee
meal 2: 10z Eat to Grow (ETG, www.eattogrow.com) ground turkey, 2 cups rice, red sauce
meal 3: 100z ETG chicken breast, 12 oz sweet potato, salsa
meal 4: 10oz ETG chicken breast, 4 oz pasta, teaspoon olive oil, dash basil
Train
meal 5: 10oz ETG ground chicken, one cup white rice, guys bbq sauce
meal 6: 10oz ETG filet mignon, one cup egg whites
