Up this at 8am. Did 40 minutes of cardio in the garage this am...stairs. Tough session! I slept a lot yesterday, and believe it or not, I did not train. I will train back today (refer to my training schedule from yesterday).
Diet:
meal 1:egg whites, 6 oz of Eat to Grow filet mignon(ETG,www.eattogrow.com), cream of rice, one banana, black coffee
meal 2: 10oz ETG chicken breast, 12 oz of sweet potato on foreman grille, guys original flavor bbq sauce
meal 3: 10oz ETG ground turkey, 2 cups white basmati rice, salsa
meal 4: 100z ETG ground turkey, 5 oz pasta, red sauce
TRAIN
post workout: mesotech complete
meal 5: 10 oz chicken breast, 2 cups rice
meal 6: 10oz filet, 1/2 cup egg whites, salsa
