Finally back home in Las Vegas!! Vegas weather is so perfect right now....breezy, sunny, 90s. It won't be long until it's 120. It was a long, busy weekend, but had a great time in Sioux Falls. Thank you to everyone who came out to meet me at Science Nutrition. My goal for today is to get back on my meal schedule and hit the gym hard later today. 

Diet: 

Overall, I have been increasing my water consumption.I only drink water...upwards to 2 gallons per day. I have eliminated my orange juice in the morning, crystal light during the day. I have also started using Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series throughout the day.

 

meal 1: I had a mesotech complete shake before I left for the airport in SD. My flight was at 630am

meal 2: egg whites, oatmeal, banana, raisins, coffee black

meal 3: 10oz of Eat to Grow (ETG, www.eattogrow.com) chicken breast, Guys original bbq sauce (guysbbq.com), 2 cups white basmati rice

meal 4: 10oz ETG ground turkey, red sauce, 2 cups rice (I mix all of this together and eat it)

pre-workout: Muscletech Neurcore *** new product

post-workout: Nitro-amino FX, Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series

meal 5: 10 oz of ETG chicken breast, 4 oz of angel hair pasta, red sauce

meal 6: 10 oz of ETG filet mignon, 1/2 cup egg white

 

Training: No cardio this am due to travel. I will probably do 30 after training today.

one arm dumbbell rows

low cable rows

deadlifts

lat pulldowns

close grip pulldowns

Tbar rows

one warm up set each, 3 working sets, 8-12 reps each
