I am traveling this afternoon to Sioux Falls, SD to do a store appearance at Science Nutrition for Saturday. I am going to take today off from the gym. I still have to pack up all my photos, dvds, Cutler Athletics gear for the trip. Up to do cardio at 8am, 40 minutes stairs/eliptical. My legs are so sore from yesterday. Since the start of my diet, I have gained 10 lbs. My goal is to gain lean weight, while losing fat. The consistency of my meal schedule is the key to this as well as my training schedule. This is more easily accomplished by not traveling because it is so hard to get the meals that I need when I travel. I will probably train shoulders in SD tomorrow.
Meal 1: egg whites, Eat to Grow filet mignon (ETG) (www.eattogrow.com), cream of rice, banana, black coffee. My appetite has been great in the morning due to the cardio before meal 1.
Meal 2: 10oz of ETG ground turkey, 5 oz of pasta, red sauce
Meal 3: (packaged in tupperware for plane) 10 oz of ETG chicken breast, 2 cups rice, Guys BBQ sauce (sugar free,gluten free, guysbbq.com)
Meal 4: (packaged in tupperware for plane) 10 oz of ETG chicken breast, 12 oz sweet potato, salsa
Meal 5 and Meal 6, depends on what Sioux Falls has for food!! I will probably get a steak meal and an egg white meal. Depending on how I feel from the travel, I may do 30 of cardio at the hotel tonight.
While I absolutely love my appearances and meeting my fans, the plane rides and travel are tough when I am dieting. It takes a few days to readjust when I return. So far though, I feel good, my body is responding well to the workouts, cardio, and diet, and my mind is focused, I am in the zone.
